1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)
Express Shipping (2–5 business days)

Shipping times vary based on location and courier availability. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently only delivery to selected African countries. Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

After shipping, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your shipment directly via the courier's website.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
